Our Founder

Pastor Willis A. Walker was born February 8, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky. He moved to Buffalo, NY with his family in 1959, where he was raised.

He is currently the Pastor of Complete Deliverance Ministries, Inc. which is located in Niagara Falls, NY, a church without walls.

Pastor Walker became an Associate Elder at New Jerusalem Revival Center in Niagara Falls, NY where he became a licensed Minister in 2001 under the leadership of Bishop Euriah Colvin. In July 2005, he was ordained Elder. He was a former committee member for Life Transformation Ministries and is a former member of the New Jerusalem Prison Ministry. In December of 2009 Pastor Walker received a Certificate of Completion for Applied Urban Ministry Courses at Niagara University. Pastor Walker is currently a student of Andersonville Theological Seminary where he is pursuing a Masters Degree in Theology.

In May 2005 Pastor Walker became a member of the Niagara Ministerial Council, Inc. and served as Vice President in 2010.

God has blessed Pastor Walker with a ministry reaching out to those who are bound up in all forms of addiction. The ministry is called Complete Deliverance Ministries (C.D.M.), where he has served as President & Founder for the past 20 years. God has blessed this ministry to be telecast for the past 18 years on Access Cable Television in all of Niagara County, and as of October 2016 can be seen in all of Erie County on Access Cable Television. This ministry has since grown to Complete Deliverance for the Whole Man. Numerous men and women come and speak of their testimonies of deliverance not only from drugs and alcohol, but also all types of bondages and sickness.

Since October 2004, Pastor Walker has been teaching deliverance at the Lockport County Jail, where we feel God is using this opportunity to reach out to the lost behind prison walls.

The Lord has placed a strong desire in Pastor Walker’s heart for the coming together of the body of Christ in the city of Niagara Falls, as well as throughout this nation. So, by starting at home first, God imparted a vision called New Beginnings. The first publication was birthed September 2004 and has since continued a monthly basis until September 2007. The publication featured opportunities for churches, outreach ministries and local businesses to express what they have to offer to the body of Christ.

In January 2011 God opened a way through a Telecast called Deliverance through Jesus. This is a platform to present other ministries no matter how large or small, and to let people know that there are other places and opportunities to showcase their ministries. The telecast features Pastors of local churches and head of other ministries.

In December 2015 Pastor Walker became Interim Pastor of Fresh Start Ministries until December 2016.
In 2017 Pastor Walker started volunteering at the Niagara Gospel Rescue Mission, where at that time he would speak just before dinner to those in need. As of 2018, he started teaching a class in the Discipleship Program on Fridays at 1 PM, and Bible Study on Fridays at 7 PM. He recently became a member of the Board of Directors of the Niagara Gospel Rescue Mission.

Pastor Walker is the dedicated husband of his beautiful wife of 37 years, Bonnie (Colvin) Walker; the proud father of four: three daughters, Kanisha, Kiana & Shannon; one son, Willis II; and the doting grandfather of Carmen, Jazmin, Chiara and Sofia.
